What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and similar credit and debit cards. All through Paypal.com.



Do I need a Paypal account to pay for my order?

No, Paypal recently made it possible to order online through their website without having to sign-up for an account. You can pay using your credit card if you do not wish to create a Paypal account and you can pay using your Paypal infos if you already have an account.


Is it safe to order on your website?

Our website uses Paypal for payments and said Paypal encrypts your confidential informations in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits which is the highest level commercially available. However, cardholders may wish to register with MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa both online card security systems which will prompt you to set-up a confidential password that will be asked upon all check-outs when you shop online to avoid all sorts of unauthorized use (this is a tip for all websites you may purchase from not only www.todayiamindustries.com). To set up an account simply contact your bank or card issuer and they will register your cart on demand.



Are my personal informations kept private?

All informations you may share with us will remain confidential. TODAY I AM™ does not share or sell your personal informations to any third party company.



How do I know which size to purchase?

Please visit the "Size Charts" linked at the bottom of all item descriptions on our webstore. We use American Apparel, Alternative Apparel and select others so please check these charts to choose the best fit possible.



How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are processed & shipped within 2-4 business days. Deliveries Monday to Friday only. Transit time in the European Union is approximately 5-10 business days depending on location. Rest of the World may take up to 20 business days to arrive. Please note that deliveries during promotional periods, christmas, bad weather or unforeseen cataclysmic events may be slightly delayed.



Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

No, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes for the time being.



Can I cancel my order?

You are free to cancel an order at any time until your order has been dispatched. After which you will need to return the items to us at your costs, in order to receive a refund. Please note that you will be charged 10% of the total amount as restocking fee if you cancel after dispatch. To cancel your order please contact our Customer Services. with all your order informations.



What is your return/refund policy?

We gladly offer full refunds on all online orders returned to us in the condition in which they were received (unworn, unwashed, no damage…) with your receipt and our return form completed by special delivery within 10 days. If returned 10-28 days later we are no longer offering a full refund but only an exchange for the same item of different color or size. If you need a different item, a new separate order will have to be made. Note that we only accept returns for fabric defects or in the unlikely event we shipped the wrong size/item. We will refund postage for any of the situations above, however we do not accept liability for an item until we receive it back and confirm it as faulty. Returns are usually processed within 3 business days.

Why should I return my items by special delivery?

It is required you send back your items by special delivery to make sure we receive it in perfect condition. Special delivery also insures your package up to 700€ and makes it claimable in case of loss or damaged parcels. You will also get a tracking number to track the state of your shipment. Make sure you hang onto this number until the exchange/return process is complete. We are not responsible for any items that do not arrive to us or if you cannot provide a proof of delivery within 5 days.



How will I get my refund?

Refunds will be made to the credit card / Paypal account used for the original payment. We will send you an e-mail to confirm the transaction. Please allow up to maximum a week for the amount due to clear onto your credit card and 48 hours for Paypal payments.



How much duties and/or taxes will I have to pay?

Non EU-customers are responsible for any import duties, tax, clearance fees and any other additional fee. Please inform yourself on your country policy concerning imported goods before-hand to be aware ahead of time as it has to be paid upon delivery. Understand that this is not in any way within our control. Give your local customs office a call for more precise informations. Sometimes clearance may delay the shipping process. Customer will be responsible for providing any information needed by Customs to clear the order. Please note that we do not refund any duty/tax paid on items you wish to return to us even if unsuitable or damaged as this is between the customer and local Customs.



Is there something to do to keep my goods in perfect shape?

We suggest that you flip your clothes inside out when washing or ironing. Also machine wash cold and hang dry for optimal results.
